- Goods returned for credit will be credited at 20% handling fee, but not later than 7 days.
- All refunds are subject to management’s approval, no refunds on specially ordered computer components.
- Products are under a 1 year carry – in- warranty as stipulated by the manufacturer, item’ replacement time is determined by the supplier.
- All warranty claims should be accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging.
- Physical damage, burn marks or damage to the serial number voids warranty.
- There is no warranty on consumables, chargers, and damage due to power surge/lightning.
- Quotation valid 7 days only.
- All products brought in for repairs and unclaimed within THREE months will be sold to defray workshop expenses.
